📍 Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

💲 Shipping Rates

  • $6.90 flat rate for all U.S. orders under $150

  • Free shipping on U.S. orders over $150 (before tax)

Shipping fees apply only to orders placed directly through Mavenia’s online store.

🚚 Delivery Times

Delivery time depends on the product type and brand:

• Mavenia Fulfillment (products we ship directly):
Estimated delivery in 2–5 business days.

• Face Reality Direct-to-Client Orders:
Shipped directly from Face Reality’s warehouse.
Estimated delivery in 3–7 business days.

• Skin Script Drop Ship Orders:
Shipped directly from Skin Script’s facility.
Estimated delivery in 3–7 business days.

📦 Multiple Shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple packages if it contains products from different brands.
This is normal and does not affect your shipping fee.
You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

✨ Free Shipping Over $150 — Important Notes

Free shipping applies only to Mavenia orders placed directly in our Shopify store.

If your order includes items shipped from Face Reality or Skin Script, we will still honor free shipping on your total order at checkout.

However, these items may still ship from their respective facilities in separate packages.

🧴 GlyMed+ Orders (Professional Link)

Orders placed through our GlyMed+ Professional Link are fulfilled directly by GlyMed+, not by Mavenia.

Therefore:

  • Mavenia’s $8.99 shipping fee does not apply

  • Mavenia’s free shipping over $150 does not apply

  • Delivery times and shipping fees are determined solely by GlyMed+

  • GlyMed orders require a separate checkout

If your cart includes items from Mavenia and GlyMed, you will complete two separate purchases.

📍 Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Mavenia is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

❗ Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package leaves our facility or our partner brands’ facilities (Face Reality, Skin Script), delivery is handled by the carrier.
If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
