Our goal is to remain fair to our clients while maintaining safe hygiene standards and sustainable operations.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY — MAVENIA

At Mavenia, your satisfaction is important to us.
Due to the nature of skincare products and professional-grade formulations, please review our return guidelines carefully.

🧴 Products Eligible for Return

We accept returns only if the product is:

  • Brand new and unopened

  • In its original packaging

  • Returned within 7 days of delivery

Returns requested after 7 days or products that do not meet all the criteria above will not be accepted.

🚫 Products Not Eligible for Return

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened, used, or tested products

  • Products with damaged or missing packaging

  • Items purchased with discounts or promotional codes

  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling

  • Digital services and personalized consultations (including audio consultations and custom recommendations) are non-refundable once the purchase is completed, due to the personalized nature of the service.

  • Items marked as final sale

📦 Returning an Item

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the return is due to a Mavenia error (wrong item sent or item defective).

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Mavenia is not responsible for lost return packages.

💰 Refunds

Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Once approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Refund processing may take 3–7 business days after approval

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will replace the item at no additional cost.

🧴 Face Reality & Skin Script Drop Ship Orders

Products shipped directly from Face Reality or Skin Script follow Mavenia’s same return rules, but must remain unopened and unused.

🌐 GlyMed+ Purchases (Professional Link)

Orders placed through our GlyMed+ Professional Link are fulfilled by GlyMed+.
Mavenia cannot process returns, exchanges, or refunds for GlyMed purchases.
